President, Chief Executive Officer
Andy spends his time setting corporate goals and maintaining Fresche Legacy’s global legacy management and strategy leadership. Building an all-star management team is one way Andy achieves his goals, establishing a solid yet original corporate vision is another. Corporate culture also falls under his purview and is a tremendous source of pride, as he constantly strives to build an environment where everyone thrives.
In his 26 years at Fresche Legacy, he has held a series of senior positions in customer service and call center management, including Vice President of Customer Support and Product Services, and Chief Operating Officer.
Also, we’re pretty proud of Andy. He was a finalist for CEO of the year after successfully executing Fresche Legacy’s management buyout of its US owners. It wasn’t Andy’s first time in the acquisitions arena and it won’t be his last. He will continue to apply his experience toward Fresche Legacy’s continued growth, when he isn’t working on his extraordinary, yet fictional, NHL career.
Chief Revenue Officer
Robert has extensive international experience in sales, marketing, business development and training. This experience built over 30 years at IBM, of which the last 16 were in senior sales and marketing management positions at the global level, has allowed him to be recognized as an expert in the areas of organizational development and business growth.
Robert has trained managers and executives in Canada, United States, Australia, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, France, England, Morocco, and Algeria. He also taught Business Development Courses in the Executive MBA Program at Université de Sherbrooke, and in the Master in International Project Management Program at École de Technologie Supérieur.
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick’s role includes coaching, mentoring and strategic planning. His goals are to help his team at Fresche grow their skills and be successful, increase sales velocity and accelerate value creation for our shareholders.
Previously, Patrick was a partner at Deloitte in the Financial Advisory Services department where he led the performance enhancement practice in the province of Quebec. He was also a leader in in the technology, media and telecommunication verticals in Quebec. Throughout his career, he gathered extensive experience in strategy, financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures mandates in North America, Europe and Asia.
Vice-President, Technology Centre
Garry oversees all areas of technical expertise including Research and Development, Technology Innovation, Technical Support, and Quality Assurance.
Garry joined Fresche Legacy in 1985. He held a number of technical positions before moving to the development team as head of its Software Testing team. He is directly responsible for technologies like the Speedware RAD suite, Speedware Autobahn, Visual Speedware, and MobileDev. As Vice President, he must also determine the direction of future product innovations in order to continue to bring world-class software solutions to the legacy management market. He’s also addicted to Angry Birds.
Vice-President, Corporate Strategy
Christopher is responsible for overall corporate strategy. He develops strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisition, and new technology and service offerings. Christopher is widely recognized as a thought leader in legacy modernization and is a regular speaker at conferences, events, and in webinars. His expertise has helped enterprise customers worldwide develop and execute successful modernization strategies.
Christopher joined Fresche Legacy over 20 years ago. He has been Product Support Specialist, R&D Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Director of Business Development. This varied technical and business experience helps him grow company revenue and gain market share. Christopher has thrice medaled at the Stratego World Championships.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Jennifer manages the worldwide sales force for both private and public sectors. She spends most of her time expanding reach and developing vertical markets. She also drives Fresche Legacy’s IT modernization market strategy by promoting a solutions-oriented approach that is based on analyzing and understanding specific customer requirements.
Jennifer started out in our Finance Department in 1989. She soon joined the Technical Support team where she managed support maintenance contracts and regularly exceeded revenue targets. A decade later she was Sales Manager for North and South America, successfully restructuring the Account Management team and once again consistently surpassing revenue goals. Jennifer has been recognized by Martha Stewart and Jamie Oliver for her spectacular white sangria with Muscato.
Vice President, Professional Services
Emmanuel has been managing Fresche Legacy 's team of consultants, defining best practices and providing strategic direction to the Professional Services group. He also looks after application support and maintenance outsourcing and staffing.
Emmanuel joined Fresche Legacy in 1988 as a Software Engineer and pioneered several key positions including Product Support Specialist and Escalation Center Manager. Emmanuel was also the first-ever billable consultant, helping usher in the delivery of professional services to Fresche Legacy’s extensive list of valued customers. He introduced the Project Management Institute's professional practices to our services methodology. As Director of Professional Services, he instituted the service organization's best practices while defining its highly disciplined project implementation methodology.
Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from McGill University. He is also captain and MVP, three years running, of his Quidditch team.
Maria G. Anzini
Vice President of Human Resources,
Customer Service and Talent Acquisition
For the past 21 years, Ms. Anzini has been nurturing Fresche Legacy’s differentiating corporate culture, that attracts and retains the type of top talent who take pride in becoming the loving and trusted advisors to IT Executives and Professionals worldwide.
Currently, Maria is responsible for all things HR, from planning to development to training, and all things in between. She is obsessed with ensuring that Fresche Legacy attracts the world’s best talent in legacy management. She guides corporate philosophy as it relates to customer service and has created a strategic plan that aligns and optimizes global customer support practices. By aligning the right people to the company’s vision and mission, Ms. Anzini has been instrumental in establishing a world-class Customer Service operation, which today is considered a valuable company differentiator and core competency.
Maria played a pivotal role in Fresche Legacy becoming the first Canadian software company to achieve Support Center Practices (SCP) Certification for its call center. A success that is still leveraged today in Fresche Legacy’s nearshore Application Support offerings. In her continuous quest for global, best practices, Ms. Anzini has also served on various support-related advisory boards, including the Software Support Professional Association (SSPA) and Service Strategies (SCP). She has a background in Computer Science and Management from McGill University. She is currently competing in the Who Has The Most Friends on Facebook Challenge, so feel free to friend her.
